This Spring 1999 web site is dedicated to students'rights. A special acknowledgement is made to the scores of students, and some faculty and staff, who have contacted me in support of my efforts. They recognize this work as a positive attempt to develop a healthy environment for them by publicly exposing the abuse and other failings of the CSPP system. In particular, this site is dedicated to those many students who have personally contacted me, and those who remain silent, who have suffered the pain and humiliation wrongly imposed upon them through the violations of their unprotected rights, respect and dignity as a result of our educational system.
